Say what's on your mind. Orviah keeps it in order.

Orviah is an AI chief of staff for your life. You talk, messily and at length. It works out what it means, keeps the structure of your life up to date underneath, and tells you what matters now.

Your life is encrypted on your device. Orviah's servers hold no readable copy of it.

One screen, three questions

Home is a briefing, not a dashboard.

Within a few seconds of opening Orviah you know what kind of day it is, what to do next, and that the rest is in hand. Nothing on the screen is guessed: every line is read off your own records by rules you can predict.

What is happening in my life?

A read of the day in a sentence or two, then the situations that need you or that just changed, each with its next step.

What needs me?

Today holds at most three things, in order. What you said comes first, a deadline is a deadline, then the first step in sequence.

What can I stop thinking about?

What is waiting on someone else, on hold, or not due yet is kept for later and brought back on its day. A quiet day is quiet.

How it works

You live and talk. Orviah maintains the system.

  1. Talk.

Tap the microphone and say what's going on: the MOT is due Friday, the landlord still hasn't replied, call the dentist. As long and as messily as you like, by voice or by typing. Your words are recognised on the device, with no time limit.

  2. Orviah understands.

What you said becomes to-dos, steps in order, things you're waiting on, notes and reminders, filed under the situations they belong to. Every change is a typed action the app checks, logs and can undo. Anything lossy, like merging or archiving, is offered first and waits for your yes.

  3. Home tells you what matters now.

A read of the day, the few things to do, the situations that need you, what's coming up. Ask a question instead and nothing changes: telling, correcting and asking all go through the same door.

It remembers, and assumes nothing.

What you said, what Orviah replied and what changed stay on your device. Ask where things stand with the kitchen and it answers from the record, with dates: what was done, who it's waiting on, what changed since you last spoke about it. When two things could fit, it asks rather than guesses.

Four places, one microphone

Home, Life, Shared and Chats.

Four places on one bar, and the microphone beside them wherever you are. Settings is the gear at the top of every page. On an iPad the same four places sit in the sidebar, and Talk opens beside the page.

Life is the structure underneath.

Situations grouped by the areas of your life, each with where it stands and its one next step. The kitchen refit, the car, a client. Areas are shelves for finding and tidying; nothing is ever "due" on a shelf.

Maintained by conversation, and editable by hand: everything you can say, you can also do yourself.

Everything about one thing, on one page.

Where it stands in a few plain sentences, the next step, the steps after it in order, what's not yet, who it's waiting on, background, and its own conversation. Say "show me everything about the kitchen" and this is the page.

Talk from here and Orviah knows what you're talking about.

Chats are ongoing thinking.

One continuing conversation with Orviah, a conversation for each situation when you want one, and chats you start yourself. Before each turn your phone picks what's relevant from your own records, so Orviah never starts from scratch and is never sent your whole history.

Shared spaces.Early

A space is a situation several people are in: the office, the flat. Today a space is a room, the people in it and its keys, sealed on your devices so that Orviah's servers know who is in a space with whom and never what is in it.

What rooms will hold, shared to-dos, notes and photos, is being built.

When you choose

Mail and calendar join in only when you connect them.

Connect a Google account and Orviah has your calendar and your mail: it understands your week, reads the emails you ask about, and writes the ones you approve. Nothing is sent or changed without your say-so.

It reads

  • The events on your calendar, for the briefing and for questions about your week.
  • The emails you ask about, up to forty at a time, as plain text.
  • What's in an attachment, only when you ask about it.

It writes, when you ask

  • Drafts, shown on your screen. An email leaves only when you tap Send.
  • Calendar events, when you ask for your calendar.
  • Archive, labels, read state, rules and unsubscribing: offered first, confirmed by you.

It never

  • Deletes an email for good.
  • Sets up forwarding, or changes who can see your calendar.
  • Sends anything on its own, or reads your mail unasked.

Exactly what Orviah does with Google data, permission by permission →

Outlook and Microsoft 365 accounts are built into Orviah but not yet switched on.

Private by design

Your life stays yours.

Orviah is built so that the only readable copy of your life is the one on your own devices.

Encrypted on your device

Your whole life, every conversation and every picture is sealed with AES-256-GCM. The key is made on the device and kept in its Keychain, wrapped by the Secure Enclave where there is one.

A sealed backup

Turn private backup on and your life follows you to your other iPhone or iPad as ciphertext. The backup key lives in your iCloud Keychain and in a recovery code only you hold. Orviah cannot read your backup.

One request at a time

When you talk, your phone sends one bounded request to Orviah's AI: your words and the parts of your life that matter for them. The answer comes back, the request is deleted, and nothing is kept server-side.

No ads, no tracking

No analytics, no advertising, no data brokers, nothing sold. Diagnostics record when things happened, never what you said. Delete your account and everything goes with it.

Talk, by voice or by typing

Say it the way you'd say it to a person.

Recording starts only when you tap, with live transcription on the device and no time limit. Leave the app or take a call and it pauses; it never resumes by itself. Orviah can read its replies aloud in a voice you choose, or stay quiet. "Tell Orviah" and "Ask Orviah" work with Siri, hands-free.

In private beta

Orviah is testing on iPhone and iPad.

It runs on iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 and is distributed through TestFlight. If you'd like to try it, leave your name and email and we'll send an invitation when there's room.
